TUES MAR 20TH 7.30PM - Getting your Infant’s Sleep on Track workshop
Sleep is one of the biggest challenges parents have to overcome - if your little one is between the ages of 4 months and 2 years old this workshop will get you on the road to healthy sleep for all the family. Triona will help you navigate the conflicting information out there so that you will know when, how, and how much sleep your infant should be getting.
You will complete a short worksheet before the workshop so you will get relevant advice for your child’s issues.
In this workshop Triona will:
Discuss safe sleep guidelines
Setting up an ideal sleep environment
Set realistic expectations for sleep for your little one through the ages and
stages including when, and how to: o Wean night feeds
o Establish routines
o Transition to fewer naps
